Jenn Mulligan RYT, FIS, PTS
Jennifer Mulligan has a passion for inspiring others to move. She has been teaching in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Initially trained as a Can-Fit Pro Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Specialist leading participants through step and strength workouts. Then deepening her knowledge of the physical body through her Level 1 Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer training. Finally moving towards the connection of the body with the mind through her 200hr yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute, as well as recently completing her 150hr meditation facilitator training with Toward Stillness Meditations. When she is not teaching fitness, you will find Jenn working at the hospital in her role as a Registered Dietitian helping a wide range of patients meet their nutritional needs.
