Kristen completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, and a Bachelor in Kinesiology from Brock University, graduating with Honours. Through her undergraduate studies, Kristen acted as a student athletic therapist for Brock's varsity men's baseball team and a local Junior level men's lacrosse team.
As an athlete herself, Kristen holds a strong interest in sport rehabilitation; and in 2016 she became a Trained Provider in Shift Concussion Management.
Kristen enjoys volunteering in the community, promoting the profession of physiotherapy in being to help others achieve optimal health and well-being. In 2016 Kristen was elected as the Education Representative for the Ontario Physiotherapy Association (Niagara District) where her duties include organizing educational opportunities for Physiotherapists across Niagara.
Kristen is passionate about everything outdoors, travelling, enjoys water sports, and playing competitive baseball
