Ryan completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University in 2012, with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.
As a life-long learner, he continues to seek out post-graduate courses and staying current with the latest research and evidence-based management. Ryan aims to leverage the benefits of manual, manipulative, and movement-based therapies to return to function and beyond.
Being a sports fanatic and having played competitive hockey in both the US and Canada, he has a strong professional interest in sport rehab and performance optimization.
Among other certifications (selected functional movement assessment, acupuncture, manipulation, instrument-assisted mobilization, functional range release, taping, etc.), he is one of a small number of practitioners in Canada having had specialized training from Owens Recovery Science in personalized blood flow restriction rehabilitation.
Originally from Montreal, Ryan now enjoys the Niagara region with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs.
